When I ordered my replacement DS3 the Black I have was 1m delivery and the Black/Red was 3m..... Not sure what your dealer might have access to though

Sport red and blacks are great- I'm on my second and got it in 3 weeks as it were the showroom one.
However- there are more of them about nowadays- so do i stick with a black 3d carbon roof, or go for another colour?
What goes with red?

well we visited a showroom today on a booked appointment that I booked a week ago
I phoned the guy an hour before I was due to arrive informing him I was on my way
on arrival he was not available, so we waited a short time until someone came over and asked if they cud help
I said we wanted to speak to the other guy .
after a further ten mins waiting , he came over and said he had another 10 mins with his customer , then someone whos buying two cars has just come in , so you will be after them , I will be another hour or so ,
what crap customer service this is , we booked an appointment , arrived on time , and because we are only buying one car, we were made to feel unimportant .
so we left
if it was my choice I would never buy a car from these people as quiet obviously they don't give a shit about you unless your buying two cars .....

we are now thinking about a different car as if the service when ur buying a car is this bad then whats it going to be like if something goes wrong with it

at the end of the day with these sales people it's all about the Commission , as cyclone said maybe you should have talked to the other guy as he would have more than likely given you the same kind of deal because he'll get the same commission as the other guy for your purchase , to be honest in the showroom YOU are the boss .

Have you noticed how many sales people have moved on when you go back after 3 or 4 months
There were 2 left, out of 6 after about 4 months at mine
Problem is they give you assurances- then not at the dealership to honour them
Bet its a cutthroat business- Mine was Kris and he was pretty good TBH

I knew I was doing something wrong! Take it being with Citroen for 12 years and with the current dealer for 5 years is bad??

Chris, that's the reason any 'specials' they offer me are always written in the contract of sale in black and white, so salesman can move - let's just say I'm not too bad on consumer and commercial law -.......

Bigfeet, you're a good man, just wish you were closer to me, but I should give you details of any numbers if I decide to get another DS3...
