            keep thinking about a remap

i have a 61 plate ehdi 110 what sort of gains am i looking at. i know it voids my warranty but i have heard of remaps (i hasten to add not sp tuning) causing excessive clutch wear. what roughly is involved i assume from what ive read its not just plug in a laptop and upload a new map like a bluefin or dreamscience box

Well- OEM clutch only struggle with the extra power around the 195bhp+ on the petrol DSport. If its same clutch on the diesel you should be fine
Gains ...up to 155BHP on the 110 diesel
              ECU is remotely reconfigured
If cant be remapped by OBD port by glovebox, then ECU removed , on bench, and reprogrammed
Warranty- only if you tell em, or have some citroen techie really astute looking at the power readings (Don't tell him Pike lol)

Pays yer money- takes yer choice.
Hint- you only live once. Alive at 80 (If your a male) by current stats, yer beating the odds (Good luck to you)

              sted-..........do it

what about your insurance KEM, has it cost you more or haven't you told them. I know in the past with using power commander units on bikes for switchable mapping the insurance needed to know or no insurance in the event of a claim.

Stand by for a third gear on steroids. First and second are a massive improvement but for me third is the sweetspot.

Go Gaz- u still in warranty as Citroen would blame any and every fault (Windscreen wiper motor failure) on a map, so low profile may help
And if youre not fussed- SHOUT ABOUT IT lol :Joni:
