A couple in the evening that's all, training twice a day, can't be doing gym sessions with hangover. Once the current Mrs SFG is out we will be hitting the hills late afternoon so will have a few beers.

Can't go back to work out of shape mate, having said that I did eat a Magnum yesterday, sometimes we have to let our hair down ha ha ha ha. Plus the wife does a lot of hill running, don't want her embarrassing me when she gets here.

I have been referring to her as that for 26 years. Our proper first names are rarely used, my wife calls me by my last name, my daughter uses my first name, my son uses a slight abbreviation of my first name. My boy is called 'The boy' and my daughter 'Peaches'. My wife is called Tiddy by her friends and family and by her maiden name by me. Our real names are Max, Victoria, Neil and Neve.
