Love your pics there assume as lm a keen photographer l can see the point to every picture. Get them on Lancashire life magazine web site and they may publish some of your pics as they have mine in septembers edition. Keep up the good work

Cheers, mate. What are the pics of? My mum gets the magazine so I'll have a look for them. I did photography at uni so I really want to be a photographer but with the market the way it is at the moment, I'm just selling cameras! If you want to, we can meet up for a shoot some time as we're both in Bolton. Another white DS3 lol.

I was working with a mate of mine from uni who's got his own business and he was flying but we finished uni just before the recession. Our work was mostly car stuff and that obviously took a big hit so I had to look for another job. I did get to work as Alfa Romeo's official photographer at Goodwood FoS 2008 which was an awesome experience. Got paid quite a bit for 4 hours work then they said "you can go have a wander round the festival now if you like." DAMN STRAIGHT I LIKE!

WTF, I don't know much about previous Nikons. I'm a Canon man.

Taken on a variety of cameras; Fuji A303, Olympus OM10, Canon EOS 350D, Canon EOS 300 and my baby...Canon EOS 5D mk2.

Current kit is:

5D mk2 + 24-105mm L:


70-300mm IS USM:


I REEEEEEAAAALY want the 70-300mm L though. Just can't justify it right now:

My pic in the mag is a half page it's at morecambe, the light house at sunset. I'm using panasonic lumix fx45. Only had it a couple of months and lm still learning to use it. I tend to see a picture before I take it. I go to nature reserves, beaches etc to get good pics. Just wish I could do something with them as lm getting quite a collection now.

Ok so I decided to buy myself a new lens...



Canon 70-200mm 2.8L IS II USM. :cool:

I've had it about a month now and only had the chance to use it once...last Friday.
