ST3 is plenty quick enough, and I'm sure you could make it quicker with a few mods.

Luckily I had that RS1600 just before hot hatch insurance went mental. Think it cost around £350 per year for 3rd party fire & theft.

Remap is defiantly on the cards.

Times that figure by 5 and that's my insurance

I used to have a 1.8 225bhp tt,not sure the 2L tt is turbo charged I'm sure that was the idea behind increase in cc to make it more fuel efficient
