  • More power!

Well I wanted something a bit more special and was bored of hatchbacks...

    Here we go!

I have to say, in all factors except perhaps practicality, it was the right move. Faster, more comfy, much better feel and a lovely engine note make it exactly what I wanted.

The only concession is the lack of rear seats, the boot is surprisingly spacious for such a car and the engine is far easier to work on too... no more squeezing into a tiny engine bay or taking half the intake apart to do an oil change!

I'm afraid we'll need more photos. Looks good though

Feels like a similar amount of space in the cabin, with more storage holes than the DS3 (minus the rear seats to throw things in of course!). Boot is actually very reasonable too, more than enough for daily tasks and I have access to work vans if I need to use one for a bigger job.

Wringing the power out of a 3 litre NA engine is great fun too, very smooth compared to the THP

More photos to come once it's tidied up properly, being 13 years old means there's plenty of wear and tear to tidy up to get it back to its best, luckily the paint is in very good condition generally bar road rash.

Front suspension has been refreshed, pig of a job to break ball joints apart!
