Hi everyone. Nice to be here. Ok ive read all the info on holes in carpets on the side of the clutch footrest. Some usefull some silly. Does anyone not fancy fabricating something permanent out of alloy and selling it to us poor soles( Feet) (joke get it) that need help with this problem. 15000 miles holes 3cm across and will get worse as did my last Ds3.

Unfortunately, I think the thing Kev is talking about is just a foot plate, which sits on top of the foot rest and doesn't cover the side where the hole is. I don't recall seeing on that covered that at all.
