  • Right hand clock

    Hi all, the right hand clock which as the fuel gauge, mileage, cruise control, as gone black
    any ideas please, cheers Deano

    You haven't hit the "Dark" button have you? That will cycle through turning off a few instruments.

      The Dark button (if it is this) can be found on the radio head unit

        The "Dark" button won't switch off just the lighting for the right-hand dial - it switches the rev-counter lighting off as well.

          Sit in the car and turn the ignition on, while doing this watch closely the display and see if the 'OIL' check appears. Failing that try pressing the trip counter and see if anything pops up. If still nothing then the screen has failed and you need to go and speak with your dealer.

            I have done all that, there is a dry joint on the circuit board some where about £540 for a new one.

                There are places that can test for the fault and repair your instruments at a fraction of the cost of replacements.
