Thanks - I intend to! Just would like to get the sat nav issue sorted asap if at all possible. Have already fired off an email to Citroen UK so watch this space.

Mine did that once on a early start about a week and a half ago where the entire system turned itself off and then restarted. I'm giving it the one chance, if it happens again I'll take it in for them to look at.

So I've only been able to go for two 10 minutes drives around the block since getting the car, but noticed the stop-start isn't kicking in yet. I assume this is normal and will just be because the battery needs to be holding a certain level of charge before the stop-start will function. Did anyone else find the stop-start took a little while to become active?

Once or twice every now and then I could cope with, most things do that it seems - Sky box, mobile etc - but the sat nav must have done it 10-15 times during the time I was checking out the car this afternoon.

Yeah, that's rubbish! Possibly a loose connection that's gotten worse while the car was on the back of the truck? I'd have expected the supplier PDI to have picked it up otherwise.

Maybe but I don't think that's it - it's much more like a software crash than a power supply issue. It fits the description of the problem others have had where it can go off every 4-5 mins sometimes.

Fair enough, well good luck with it anyway and hope it gets sorted soon for you.

Cheers! Hopefully a firmware update fairly soon will be the solution.

Perfectly normal, mine doesn't kick in until the car is warmed up at the moment because of the cold temperature.

The stop and start system on DS is very sensitive and it has to met a large list of criteria before it will operate, in the winter the colder temperatures will have an effect.
