Hubby has spent all morning cleaning her for me and I've spruced up inside. The previous owner smoked so still trying to get rid of the smell :-0

I'm really happy with her, despite the previous owner leaving sticky marks everywhere! [emoji33]

Looks lovely. How are you finding the auto box? I hoping to get an auto DS3 soon but they are hard to come by.

Yes they are hard to find in an auto!! I had to travel 2.5 hours to get mine. I only drive automatics though.

I've found the auto gears okay so far and it's much smoother than my Astra twintop when changing up. The sport button is good for when you need a bit of extra power too.

Hoping to get used to her over the next few weeks and have lots of fun driving her.

Have you got any ideas which colour combination you would like? I absolutely love the white and pink of mine [emoji4][emoji4][emoji4]

Good luck in finding a nice one xx

Oh yes I remember you said you drove for 2.5 hours, but I bet it was a lovely drive. I currently own a Mini Cooper and driving it it that long would kill my back, it's just so bumpy. Don't get me wrong Minis are a brilliant car but after nearly 8 years of ownership it's time for a change.
I really would like a white car and maybe the black roof combo, I will keep an eye out in the next couple of months to see what comes up in an auto, I have never owned an auto before but due to my shoulder problem and using my car for work now an auto seems the best way to go. It seems weird that people don't drive more autos as they are just so easy and stress free! We own a VW camper that is a DSG box and I love driving that, it's just so easy.
The other thing with the DS3 is the steering, wow it's lovely, so different to my Mini. I just can't wait to get one now and then I have to say bye to my Mini Cooper :-(

Wow, you must be a mini fan to have one for 8 years!! I have problems with my back and shoulder too, which is why I've gone for a DS3. I had an Astra convertible before which was low down and the door was very heavy to open and close. Was a lovely car but time to move on. The steering on the DS3 is very light so much easier for me.

I used to live in Australia and autos were as common as in the states, not sure why they aren't as popular here!

Hope you are able to find one you like soon xxx

I did a 5hr round trip to get my first DS3

I mentioned on a recent thread that my Sister sold her Mini and got a DS3. She was so attached to her Molly, I think she had her for about the same amount of time. But as soon as she found her DS3, saying goodbye was much easier than she thought

I cried when I part ex'd my C3 in, the dealer was totally used to it happening!
