New user - sat nav query

Hello all. I've joined the forum in the hope that somewhere I can find the answer to my sat nav problem with my Dec 2015 DS3. I'll start searching and hope to get better than I've received from Citroen customer service.

Hellooo! There's lots in the DS3 Technical subforum, and the search box will give you some similar threads. Someone with the satnav (I don't have it) should be able to help with your issue if you let us know what's up with it
