Collect on Monday

Pressured my dealer and collecting this Monday. Thormium grey with carmine red roof, mirrors, wheels. I've seen it and it looks Grr8. Ordered in February, DStyle 1.6 VTI 120hp. I was originally given end of June delivery but after reading DS3 club forum gave my dealer the opportunity of bringing delivery forward. It worked.

I'm sure you will love it once you pick the car up. Had mine for 4 weeks & still love driving it. Be ready for everyone to look at you as you drive around. I've had cars pulling up along side me at traffic lights with people pointing & staring at the car. Even had Police cars slowing down to look as they go passed.

Thats what I was thinking when I noticed them looking. Started thinking, is my seatbelt on, am I speeding. The DS3 is not the sort of car you want to be driving if your trying to keep a low profile.
It must have been hard having to wait so long for your car. I was lucky that my car came through 1 month earlier than expected but the 7 week wait was hard for me.

The last time I was 'looked at' I'd just taken delivery of a mazda 3 and received 3 points for my trouble.
Just part exchanged a PT cruiser for the DStyle from the same dealer so I think I had a little preferential service.
