Picked mine up today!

Evening all,

firstly what an excellent forum. Secondly, picked up my DS3 Sport 110HDI today, and.... I love it. A little slower than I am used to but i needed something with better mpg, what an awesome car.

I have a couple of questions and please point me at existing threads if they are on here:

1. On the left (lighting) stalk what is the button on the end?
2. Can I stream music from my phone via bluetooth?
3. I have an aux connector but no USB, which is a shame as I need to charge my mobile somehow. Ideally I would like power in the arm rest enclosure, has anyone done anything like this, or anyone got any suggestions?

#1 the button controls the trip computer etc

Isn't this button on the right stalk?

On my 120 the button on the end of the left stalk does nada, I think . . . (have the hifi upgrade, maye irrellivant but fyi!)

The one on my right stalk - wipers etc has some controls over the screen (god I'm such a girl) But if my MPG etc menu is up, by pressing the end button I can view current, set average or overall MPG etc and reset by holding it in.

It sounds similar to our 207.. One on the left does nothing but click.. One on the right scrolls through stuff

You get a click! Wow, I've not even got that! ;-)

Yeah - Right button does sh*t and scrolls through 'stuff'

Oh, and I can play music through the Bluetooth connection. After it has sync'd with the car, and then scroll through the options, so on mine it is USB, aux, phone, radio.

With regards to the lack of USB just pick up a cigarette lighter -> USB converter

how come there is no usb on your dsport 110 i thought they come as standard

a dsport with no usb! i hope my comes with it, it says it comes as standard on the dsport the connecting box and hifi system all standard

If you have no USB then you must have the MyWay Sat Nav, in that case the left button allows you to repeat the last at nav instruction.

Thanks for the information, yes I have Myway and I think that is why there is no USB. I found that the compartment in the center arm rest is perfect for putting my phone in, but using a cigarette lighter-USB adapter leaves the wire hanging around the handbrake area looking messy. I am going to look into installing a USB port (maybe just for power) inside the armrest compartment. That way I can stick the phone in there on charge and forget about it.
