Hello All
Been a member since beginning of June, thought I better say hello before I get my yellow Dsport THP.
I am a Motability customer and had originally ordered a 1.8 Civic Type s but got nothing but blatant lies from the Honda dealer and the worst customer service ever. Ordered that car in February as it was on the forecourt and was told they will keep that car aside for me to pick up on the 16 May. 3 weeks before I am due to pick it up I got a call telling me that due to the disaster in Japan my car would not be ready on time. I told them that i knew it was a major disaster but did not think the Tsunami had reached Stockport so how did that affect me as my car is already there. They forgot that they told me the car was mine that was on the forecourt and then got the "err oh yes, must be another reason" Yeah you sold the car you P***k.
Then it was just lie after lie so I told them what they could do with their order.
Turns out to be a blessing in disguise as I came across a lovely little number called the DS3.
Anyway placed the order right at the end of May and have been told the car would leave the factory on the 22nd June, not had any email saying the car has left though. Can any one advise if I should have received one?
Looked at all the lovely Pics on here several times of you lucky people that have theirs and have been kind enough to share them with us.
I will post some pics up when I get her. My eldest who is 6 thinks its Bumblebee from the transformers movie so is nearly as exited as I am
