    Hello all,

Just wanted to write a quick post and introduce myself!

If you had the budget and you were looking for a car how could you not buy the DS3? I knew I wanted one the moment I saw the first pics and after a bit of humming and hawing, almost being swayed by my love of Alfas into buying a Mito nad dodging the opinions of the sheep to get myself a Mini, I took the plunge and grabbed myself a Dstyle+ and have been happy with my decision ever since.

If I am not driving the DS3, i'm working away on my old mk1 MX5 or finding a great road to drive down.

Been reading the forum for a month or 2 and i'm loving the community spirit that is going on. I am feeling a very Alfisiti vibe.

    Cheers!

    Iain

      Welcome

I was the same about my new car, saw the DS3 and loved it. And a Mito was an option prior to having WTF. Loving the colour choice, naturally! Nice plate, DS3RACING96 has got a DS03 plate too.

My Dad had two MX5's, his first being a Harvard, always seemed to be my job to help each year put the hard top on. His second . .. was . . .blue. All I know!! Think a California was on the cards, but he went for an SLK, in the same colours as the Harvard.

      Good to hear from you

Welcome fellow newbie. You're not wrong about being fun to be driven. The DS3 will make many a steely
                soul soften.
                Cheers, Jon
