  • DS3 DStyle 1.6 HDi

Picking up my brand new DS3 DStyle 1.6 HDi tomorrow (1st September, i'm a whore for a fresh plate!), what can I say, its white with a black roof, it has the 16" wheels (by choice, i'll gladly trade the look of 17s for a quieter and more comfortable ride!) and the usual array of fantastic standard kit and it has the Connect pack (bluetooth integrated with the upgraded stereo with the amp and sub in the boot). I had been looking for a new car for a little while but the DS3 absolutely bowled me over, fantastic car, met every requirement I had of a car, can't wait until tomorrow morning!

Welcome Dirt Bert, you're gonna love it! As the norm though, get some pics up of your beast once you've broken her in.

Nice one Bert, really loving the white one's these days. I SOOOOOO recommend getting some extra chrome bits though, the back lights and the front grill finisher are a must - I've just ordered the front fog light covers as well, so I'll get a pic up myself once I've got them on.

Glad you're liking it, it's a cracking wee car, you'll have tons of fun in it.

I have had a look at the chrome bits and pieces both when I was ordering the car and since, rather undecided on the chrome bits and pieces, but I am definitely getting a cargo net for the boot!

Personally I wouldn't bother with the extra chrome bits that Rob mentions - I haven't bothered on my yellow/black DSport - but the chrome side-strips are a must imho.

Loving the black roof on the white body - it really accentuates the shark fin, and I like the way that the roof seems to merge with the tinted glass.

                    Enjoy!

Well I wouldn't recommend the pack as I didn't bother with it, think it came in the region of about £500+ for ALL the extra chrome bits, I've had three added afterwards though and I think it just makes it look that extra bit shinier, especially the front bottom bit on the grill. To each their own though.

I did get the rubbing strips, but they are covered in a gloss black vinyl, look so good too, i'll give my car a decent wash over the weekend and post some pictures of it as it is now.
