Looking at a DS3 modded cabrio (anyone know it?)

Hi all, like a few people had a mini before and looking at cabrios now. I've seen the below on Facebook, looks like she's struggling to sell it but with the amount of mods I'd be surprised if the original owner who did the work wasn't on here? Just looking for more info. Thanks all.

I dont know it. Looks nice. Non standard wheels. Check out the roof mechanism all works OK- they are exoensive to repair/replace

Think they are THP engines, check if timing chain and tensioner been done, or any walnut blast (De-coke of engine)
