What ds3 to choose :/

Hello everyone,

After years of having c3 picassos, the kids have finally flown the nest....so im after a newer reliable smaller sporty car, im looking to buy a DS3 but I am not sure which one to go for.

I hear the petrol ones can be hit and miss and the desil ones quite solid.

Does anyone have any suggestions??

Depends how sporty u want it to be?

The THP 155 is great, Ive had 2, and remapped they are pushing 190BHP which is very nice for a little car. Real acceleration making it a "pocket rocket"
It can get some problems due to the direct injection- carbon build up on the inlet valves - which needs treating, or can cause more problems with High pressure fuel pump, misfiring etc etc
Theyre pretty cheap now too- ask about whether timing chain and tensioner have been replaced, and when.

I now have an edhi 110, altho the later version is the edhi 115 and engines are pretty solid, although a bit boring to drive
I use one as my daily driver as its 0 road tax (VED) That makes me happy :-)
