Problem car :-(

Hi all, am new to this! I have been the proud owner of my DS3 for a year now and I love her dearly, however these last few months she has been having trouble starting in a morning or when the engine is cold?? I have managed to convince my dealer that something is not right with her! They have had my car for 5 weeks
now and are still not a hundred percent sure what is wrong. Apparently they have never seen this fault before? Is there anyone else out there with a similar problem as I am sooooo frustrated.

Fueling Problem Maybe ?

You Tried Uprating The Spark Plugs To Iridium Ones ?

Sledgehammer ... nut!

They should be able to make it start on the button without upgrading the plugs.
