Must have been caused by the summer shutdown at the factory. Nothing worse than waiting about for something you're desperate for

Especially your car needs a service soon and i don't want to fork our more money. My tax is going to run out so i have to spend £60 for 6months tax. My saxo is only worth £600 on part exchange.

It's not really the dealers fault. I have asked if I can hand in my car before the car is due for its service and mot.

Whilst NERDYs way of dealing things may be quite direct- I think he has a point.

If they gave you an expected arrival time, whilst that wont be a confirmed date, you could try and sweetalk and explain your circumstances,
and they may give you a courstesy car for a few days.

Most dealers have one or two courtesy cars around- you may get a few days outta them

Just a different approach to achieve the same end
