Just bought a DS3 for my birthday :)

Hello everyone

I've just part exchanged my corsa VXR for a 1.6 vti special edition black. I've always driven Vauxhall cars so I don't yet understand the Citroen terminology!
Picking it up on Tuesday and quite excited - although I'll miss my VXR lotttttts!

Welcome. Missed my 2.0 litre Seat Leon for a while, but not now.

When out for a long run yesterday and she is such a competent little cruiser on the motorway.

VXR's are very aggressive in their power- personally I find them completely unrefined- the noise and especially to drive. The DS3 is hell of alot different and sits in a different class of car.

I'm really surprised a VXR driver went for the VTi and not the Racing or the THP?

As AJ, I missed my Leon FR for a while, but the DS3 is so lovely in comparison - I love the balance between power and ride quality - my THP is smooth and a nice ride, whether round town or down a motorway.

Welcome! I too ordered a DS3 not long ago. I saw the special edition Vti for £14750 in Watford and the dealer in my area offered to match that offer. I think a lot dealers in the uk are offering it.
