Just had an update, car will be here friday. gone for black with tribe graphics and chrome pack. Last car was a range rover vogue. Cost me a fortune in repairs and fuel, not to mention the roadtax. looking forward to more than 16 miles to the gallon.

I worked out that I can run the mrs C3 picaso and my ds3 for less than one range rover. Dont know how i will get on the snow though, but thats what snow chains are for.

Jesus! Nearly rented a Hummer when I was last in the states, but the Captain Planet in me held back on those kinda grounds!

Also, did you not go for the snow option on your DS3? I did, it's really cool, you press the button and in heavy snow the go faster silver stripes on the side of the car get pushed out on little tripods and go down to the floor level giving a very nice ski effect that'll make driving in the snow a breeze!

where do i sign up - going to the states myself at christmas to see the inlaws or outlaws. Driven a hummer over there, but much prefer the escalade.
Trying to make them see the error of there ways and stick to the tractors - much more fun.

It wouldn't be the first time that Bond's driven a Citroen - but it simply has to be a yellow one!

Hmmmm, yes, indeed. I remember someone at my secondary school had somehow managed to acquire a copy of Playboy and it featured her in it at the time, remembered it cause I'd seen her in the movie. Now that was one tasty lady back in the day!

And she can play the cello, too!

I'm reminded here of the famous quote of Sir Thomas Beecham, the leading English conductor of his generation (that's orchestral conductor, Zack, not bus), who once said to a female cellist whose playing disappointed him:

"Madam, you hold between your legs an instrument capable of giving pleasure to thousands, and all you can do is sit there and scratch it!"

Hope you haven't got the 17" alloys with 205.40 tyres as they can't be fitted with snowchains
