concerned owner of dents

very concerned about the roof panels on my new ds3,
I put the palm of my hand onto the narrow bout 4inch strip that runs above the door from windscreen to the rear running parallel to the strip that covers the roof rack mounts and it buckled and now has a very noticeable dent.
surely this is a body panel problem as no weight was put onto it.
has anyone else ever had this problem or knows of such issues I am really peeved over this and going to citreon tmorrow.:lemon::lemon:

I've noticed this as an issue too, a tennis ball bounced off a wall, landed on that long panel on my car and left a dent too. Impact force was minimal too !

apparently you can get dents out just by heating it up with a hairdryer, or just take it to dent master.

I actually mean the strip of roof panel that runs below the roof rack cover and the top of the door.
really peeved about this as citreon have refused to take it in for a build quality inspection maybe they don't want hundreds of their cars returned they should issue each buyer a pair of mittens so you cant touch your car very very annoyed. I actually very lightly tapped with my finger ends next to the dent to see if it would pop out the result was a little line of dents from my fingertips this is actually shocking and ime disgusted in the quality of workmanship in this build..

someone stopped me to talk as I was getting into my car and all I did was rest on the car to open the door not even any weight on the roof and I felt it give under the palm of my hand. annoyed to say the least

Had the ds3 to citreon yday after Dentmaster would not repair the panel he says that its half the thickness of the passenger side panel and is from its factory build:confused:
i'me now waiting for a report from citreon but he said I would be lucky if they would honour it under warranty.
