Abused by Mum as a kid, 11 years in care, beaten in care, bullied at School for being in care, joined Army at 17 spent 12 years there and diagnosed with PTSD in 2005 ever since then I have been raising awareness around the world as a Speaker and recently set up http://positiveactionforptsd.org

Takes up 90% of my time, but makes a difference
