Idiotic Honda Civic driver on M62 motorway VRN MF63 GTU, undercuts me, pulls into gap that really wasn't there then slams the brakes on. Obviously he just needed to be a Billy Big Bollocks.

Go to 1:17 to see him squeeze into the gap between me and the Audi in front. He then constantly tailgates the Audi, even almost crossing the line next to the central reservation at 2:59 to try and bully himself past.

An absolute tool; I maintained a constant gap between myself and the Audi yet Mr "I'm too important" cuts in for no reason whatsoever.

I'm not too sure about lane-hogging, yes there was an opportunity to move over to the left but you would have almost immediately had to move back to lane 3 because of the VW. You'd also expect the car in front of you to move over first because they have a better view of what's coming up ahead.

Either way it doesn't justify the Honda driver's actions.

Please note, I was aware of my surroundings. The Civic entered the motorway from J11 (the last junction I passed before the undertake).

Should I have, with nobody behind me, continually moved in/out of the lanes to ensure I wasn't lane hogging? Probably with hindsight, yes.
