ID ten T Error

Just got this email sent to me, just wondering if the IT boys out there use this??







"As people will know, sometimes we have trouble with our computers.

I had a problem yesterday, so I called Eric, the 11 year old next Door, whose bedroom looks like Mission Control and asked him to come over.

Eric clicked a couple of buttons and solved the problem.

As he was walking away, I called after him, 'So, what was Wrong?

He replied, 'It was an ID ten T error.'

I didn't want to appear stupid, But nonetheless inquired, 'An, ID ten T error? What's that? In case I need to fix it again.'

Eric grinned.... 'Haven't you ever heard of an ID ten T error Before?

'No,' I replied. 'Write it down,' he said, 'and I think you'll figure it out.'

So I wrote down: ID10T

I used to like Eric, the little b#stard,"

Have you seen the one where a support guy got sacked because he said to a woman to pack up her computer and he'd send someone round to pick it up, when she asked if it would fix it he said NO you too F**k**g stupid to own a computer

My favourite has to be:

Woman calls tech support as she's having issues changing her desktop. Tech support answer and direct her to minimise all her windows and get to her desktop.

Once there she is told to right click on her mouse and click on properties.

She tries this and the properties menu does not appear, they try this a couple of times to no avail.

Tech support eventually starts to get a little frustrated and asks her what she's done so far.

She replies, "Well, I wrote click on my mouse.."
