Thought he might of been on to something until he got the green scrubbing pad and of course when he rinsed it and still caked in brake dust!!!

Having seen how oven cleaner attacks aluminium (long story - involving neglected gas cooker hob!) I wouldn't get it within a mile of my alloys (not aluminium, I know, but even so..)

And as for the scouring pad :rolleyes: !!
