          Im getting one fitted when the exhaust is done Chris so Ill let you know. Had one fitted to my Focus RS and also to an ST and it made for a much smoother/slicker gearchange. But as a trade off you did get a bit of vibration at idle. To be honest you soon get used to that.

                Anything that helps a smoother gearchange would be helpful- mines a bit clunky. Not sure if its the clutch of just how as is. (Dont think its clutch)

                        I've been running it for 2 years so cannot remember the difference, but at least on slow speeds "torque rolling " loosens up your teeth
