No difference as if applied to anywhere else on the wheel or bodywork pal. Exactly the same[emoji108]

Thinking about it. Scrap the polish stage as sealants are much better on clean, non polished metalwork.

Wash, dry, seal then wax.

The sealant acts as a gloss layer, while the wax will add depth and a wet-looking appearance.

Looks good, i have still to use my power maxed wheel cleaner, used bilberry and autofinesse wheel cleaner, autofinesse is a definite winner between they two.

I did notice but that the autofinesse says on the bottle not for use on diamond cut wheels, so wont be using it again until after i wax them.

Are you referring to the AF Imperial Phil?

It's non acidic so shouldn't cause too much concern. I have used this very one and even stronger cleaners on the alloys before with no problems whatsoever.

Yeah i was thinking that myself, wheels have a bit of corrosion on them the now but so dont want it to get worse by using something to strong for the finish.

Once you wax/seal them then a wash with shampoo and a mitt will suffice instead of having to use a specific wheel cleaner.
