1:9 would make my maths correct.
1:10 would make the cost per application even cheaper.

    Thank you Carol Vordersmurf

        Which have you ordered JB?

Oh and make sure you have a small garden pressure sprayer to apply

Ps don't ever buy anything on my recommend as it is liable to be no good a few weeks later until the next best thing comes along ala snow foam

Obsolescence is the state of being which occurs when an object, service, or practice is no longer wanted even though it may still be in good working order.

Would my wife count as an object, service or practice?????

23 years together. She knows me well enough by now. Knows me better than I know myself actually.

Good choice the K2 mate. Just be aware as with any, not to let the frost get to it at this time of year. Wrap in an old blanket if stored in a shed for example.

No worries matey. Another tip is to connect the hosepipe to the inlet, turn on water at mains then squeeze the trigger to feed water through the lance before it is actually switched on.

I bought this one from the Karcher Outlet sale earlier this year (it was a lot cheaper than this) - http://www.karcher.co.uk/uk/Products...s/11806610.htm

I need one that could run off sources other than taps (it does run off taps too) as the flat we're renting has no access to outside water. The one I bought from the Outlet store looked like new when it was delivered, it has been great to use too....

In the instructions it advises disconnecting the lance at the start and using the trigger to draw water through. Once the water is trickling out you reconnect the lance and then when you squeeze the trigger the motor kicks in and the power/pressure comes on. It advises similar at the end of use, remove the hoze from the water source, disconnect the lance and squeeze the trigger until all the water is expelled.

Not an issue at the moment as it's stored in a cupboard in the flat but it does prevent puddles on the carpet
