No problemo pal. It does say to use it with Fareclas own detailing spray but as I already had their detox shampoo, chose to use that instead. End results are equal if not better than using a clay bar albeit a lot quicker. Also using shampoo means there is no need for a second wash afterwards like when using a clay bar.
Very strange though how it actually works and hard to get used to not looking at it after working a panel to see what has been removed a la clay bar as there is nothing to see. I rinsed it in the shampoo after every panel and wiped the dark rubbery side with my hand then pre-loaded it again with the soapy water prior to starting the next panel.
I know ADS do a larger clay cloth but I cant justify giving Alfred £40 for that pleasure. Maybe if I was a serious detailer then yes but not a casual, at home, Sunday morning car wash kind of guy that I am 😉
May look at the ADS one if it's reduced to a decent enough price at this years Waxstock.

have you thought of contacting the manufacturers of car detailing products and see if you can get samples for free to do reviews? One of my work colleagues gets tons of stuff from Heinne Haynes to test(and keep) as long as he does a video review. he is now their main reviewer on YouTube.

Well Farecla were so impressed with reading my review on DW and viewing the video on YouTube that they are sending me a free tub of their Supergloss Paste Wax (RRP £27) as a thank you for bringing the mitt attention before they officially did.
Not bad for doing something that I enjoy.

DS3 1.6THP DSport with a few bits added.....nickname BB  Performance...Depends on how heavy my right foot is
Self control? Something I have not got at all.
Bought these today even though they were not essentially needed. Can't resist a bargain.
1L SRP was a bargain at £9, Muc Off 500ml was £2 and the Barkeepers Friend was also £2.
Ordered 3 more bottles of Muc Off at that price to be delivered to the store tomorrow for me to collect. (£11 a litre at Halfrauds)
