t'was Dodo Juice. I know it's not the wax at fault as it was fab on my old Black Gold 182 I realise it's not got the durability of Collinite 476 or such like, but I swear my car is coated with something that rejects wax haha!

May be time for a full decontamination and start again then.

I would be too, that's not a bad price at all. The detergent bottle/sprayer supplied is really good. Just make sure your hose connectors are not the stop connector type.
I used this at the weekend on the fiancee's Silver Corsa, was a bit worried at first as initially there appeared to be white streaks, jet washed those then washed with 2 bucket method and dried with a mammoth towel and it looked great !!
Was really pleased with the dirt shifting as well, there were black streams coming out from around the rear window seals....
What would you recommend as a full decontamination Andy?
Hi Gary
I would 2BM wash with Farecla G3 Detox shampoo
Rinse
Apply IronX, leave to work
Rinse
Pat dry
Apply tar remover (Tardis) leave to work
Rinse
Use clay mitt with same shampoo as before, Farecla G3 Detox shampoo
Rinse
Pat dry
Quick panel wipe with Eraser
Paintwork should be fully decontaminated now.
Quick test would be to hose bonnet and see if any sheeting/beading. If none then that's a good sign you're now decontaminated (not you, the car ;-))
Probably about a half hour process but you can then be sure that whatever you apply next, polish/wax/sealant, wont be interfered with by any old products.
Will be interested to hear how you get on with the BSD?

Glad you were able to appreciate it working Chris. A much safer wash now.

More expense lol, once decontamination is done what would you do for full protection?
DS3 1.6THP DSport with a few bits added.....nickname BB  Performance...Depends on how heavy my right foot is
I would have the same issues as Wes as we're renting a 1st floor flat, I had to buy the Karcher that can run off a large vat of water as well as mains tap to prevent similar interior cleans of the flat
