Yes that depends on what the remap requests and asks of the turbo lol

I know alot about mapping techniques, and after having a Superchips remap requesting 1.7bar boost, my turbo wouldn't last the long term.
I now running a bespoke remap running at 1.25bar boost peak which still out performs the old Superchips remap in terms of mid range shunt and top end performance.
Progressive mapping is the way to go, that doesn't stress critical components like the turbo charger.

    Digressing big time..sorry lol

Is there such a thing as an app available on Android for scanning our DS3's, like Vagcom for VW on PC?

Torque Pro is probably the best app for info on your DS3.

      https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...orque&hl=en_GB

Then get one of these to plug in to your OBD2 port:

          1) Torque pro is best for casual logging (requires Android-phone and OBD-Bluetooth dongle)
          2) Lionheart from etuners is good for slightly more advanced logging / support tool for tuning (requires a laptop and ELM327 USB-cable).
          3) Diagbox/Lexia is the professional tool from Citroen that can be acquired for a reasonable price from ebay (China).

Hi! Again Saintsteve, 51yrs. ago, I asked a friend, who owned a service station, if REDEX did what the manufacturers claimed it did. He said that he did not know, but regular users of REDEX NEVER suffered from sticking valves. I have used this product ever since his advice, for both petrol and diesel engines. There have been several letters, in The Daily Mail recently, about REDEX. The Mail refers the reader to YouTube.(Review REDEX) The evidence appears convincing of the benefits in using the product. e.g. 6bhp increase in power with ten years' old VW Corrado. My garage advised me to use Premium fuel. I am using petrol from Sainsbury but use REDEX Petrol treatment at every "fill". Old habits die hard !
