Seen somthing on face book about the new 2015 ds3 with a revamped tho engine with more fuel pressure and a tweaked turbo... Does any one know if the design flaws would be the same with this engine or know if Citroen would have done somthing to cure the piston failure and carbon build up as article says more power... I'm guessing if faults are the same more power means reliability of a very poor engine has managed to been made worse?

My thoughts are that the current 150 unit will be replace with the new 130 unit or a variation of it....I should never have doubted the Lord of Bacon!!

That would be the last update to their GDI engine the earlier ones had the same carbon on the valves problem as everyone else.Originally posted by cyclone
