    Worrys with the temperature gauge is if it doesnt move from zero, or fluctuates up and down, or moves from where it usually sits, or goes to red

      Mine looks exactly like yours, and as Chris says if is in the 'wrong place at the wrong time when driving' then is the time to be concerned.

        Mine starts fully to the left when cold, then will sit a little past the middle once fully warmed up (torque pro says 105C).
        Also, if it's a really hot day, like 40-45 degrees C, I've noticed it seems to drop the engine temp to compensate, so the needle will be a little to the left fully warmed up, torque pro will say something like 85C - Clever design in my opinion.

        As stated about, you don't really have anything to worry about, unless it:
        A: Fails to warm up and move from left to somewhere around the middle.
        B: Goes into the red overheat area.
