Whenever I've chopped a car in, I've always had to confirm whether it's been damaged, used as a taxi or a driving school car. Why do I have to declare this...because it obviously affects something, like value, extreme wear and tear, expectation of mechanical breakdown etc.
Is this not openly disclosed when you buy a car?
If op could have made informed decision armed with this info at the outset, would he have bought the vehicle. How many times have you bought a car and got home then a few days later you say, "Why didn't I spot that issue on the test drive?2 Is it because your caught in the emotion rather than the reality perhaps?

I was not told it was a driving school car I only found out when the log book came back,, that's what I was trying to tell them on here the car would have had extreme wear and tear.......

Why not post some pics of your new car? Then we could tell you what you've actually bought.

Judging by your responses so far, it seems to me that the excitement of actually getting a car has prevented you doing any meaningful research into what model or even colour you have. I genuinely feel sorry for your dealer.

looks like a lot of crying again. I don't feel sorry for the dealer, he try to pull the wool over my eyes and he got caught out but I must say it was a good try the mug must have thou I wouldn't look at the log book once we got it. and told him if the new ds3 turns out crap it would be coming back and I would be having my money back....
