You could modify as much as you like, then put everything back if you have to return it (Reversible mods- and everything is pretty much reversible)
The problem is if you have a breakdown, or accident, and its towed straight direct to the dealers

Thats why i carry the OEM PCV pipe, and the tools to take off my catch can if needed (And i did a few month back)

Ive known several owners return DS3s that have been remapped, with the map still on.

    Removable vinyl and your fine...

If one is so broke that they can't make payments and take back the car good luck sueing them for more.

I have just bought a new 165thp same colours as yours and already wrapped grill, lights, mirrors, some of roof, fuel cap, stripe down side, fog surrounds, and some roof bits. New pipercross air filter and fitted the zunsport grille. New wheels, wind deflectors and aerial done. Got the splitter coming this week too. These are all easy enough to swap back if needed
If in doubt have a little chat with the dealership. I'm lucky that my local garage at John Grose are all awesome!
We loved having Wes' car our forecourt! It had an unbelieveable amount of interest and is living happily on a new driveway, although we are hoping to see it again on the DS drive!!

        Also,
Bigfeet is spot on. That car belongs to the finance company until you have either completed your term agreement or paid the full amount requested for the vehicle, and they occasionally can incur fines if any terms and conditions are breached!

        Stay classy with your mods

I know where you are coming from and it does seems daft, but that's the world in general though!
