Anyone seen this before?

Well they couldn't fix it today, it needed a part which they have ordered and they said it should be sorted tomorrow. So, it will be 3 return trips to the garage in just over 2 weeks. And I'm driving around in a tin can I think they call a C1. Initial enthusiasm fading fast haha.

Well, to give then their due, it was fixed by 10am this morning. From what i gather they replaced the whole unit. This is what it should have looked like...

So back on track now?! Glad all is fixed

My passenger seat belt jammed beyond a quick repair job and I had to wait for the new part to be shipped from France.
