Cheers Beefers, I've read that there are certain (buzz words no doubt) Carlos Fandango must-have technologies for testing, wanted a rough price so I'm not left briefing somebody up for trying to pull my pants down.

Alas, my tracking/ alignment hasn`t required adjustment as I have had no wear issues. If I were to have this done I would go to my tried and trusted tyre depot (Micheldever tyres) to have the work carried out.I would be inclined to compare a few prices before going ahead though.

For a proper alignment you're looking at £70-100

sounds about right I pay 60-80 euro for a basic alignment and I know stuff is more expensive there.

SFG Might want to see if you can find a place while your in France to have it done.

sure they didn't say 5 pounds per tire for balancing?

xD those would be some heavy duty weights.

Tire balancing is always a lot cheaper, usually ~£20-40.

Thanks for all the help gang.

Another question to be asked tho, headlights. Mine are standard h7 -55w. Is there any harm going to h7-100w?

Too bright for road use and they'll probably give off more heat than standard so may damage the headlight housing/lenses.

Very good point the lights will run hotter so if you do decide to put them in keep an eye on how hot the lights and wiring are getting till you know if everything will be OK. Do not want to melt or burn anything. But as Mark said above.
