    Tyre pressure

Hi all from a cold South Africa.

I was told the low profiles need to be at a higher pressure as they tend to crack from inside. Around 2.2 to 2.4 bars... got mine filled with nitro gas...

And common air that is 78% nitrogen wasn't good enough? There are reasons race cars and airplanes use nitrogen to fill tires but they really don't apply for a street car. They just wanted to sell you extra stuff.

Just had to change my discs and pads too. My mechanic was shocked how worn they were with only 25k. I'm no boy racer either.

It seems to me the wear and tear components are not made to last. Good business I guess.
I changed my front pads/rotors at 41k miles, even though Citroen wanted me to change them at the second service (advisory at the first). I fitted EBC grooved rotors and Greenstuff pads before I traded mine in and much preferred the feel of those over the OEM bits

Was the cost difference much higher than oem parts??

Well I didn't look at the parts price only from Citroen, they kept quoting fully fitted. But that price was the same as the EBC rotors and pads, I then paid Jamie at SP Tuning to change the rotors for me when he was remapping mine and then fitted the pads (wrong set supplied originally) myself at home. All in I think it cost me £20 more the Citroen fitted price
