Did hear of a dumb BMW owner taking a machine polisher to his Matte M3 and then wondering why the paint was ruined......

Biggie - On the colours..There's no mention of Pink as an option...Are they not gonna have pink DS3's? They have pink Berlingo's in Candy Cabs

I thought that there were C3's and there are Berlingo's..............has there been some strange mating going in the north of Scotland?

Well I picked up my car on Tuesday Yay!!! Despite the dealer advising it was the non stop start engine, I actually got the stop start engine :O Now, having driven the fiat 500 which had this technology, I was worried. I shouldnt have been, the system has so far worked flawlessly and much much smoother than the 500. Tax exempt, so I assume that means I can drive into London and not pay road tax? I am still well and truely chuffed to bits with the car. Getting a proper road test tomorrow, plan on doing a few hundred miles cruising/breaking it in

As Jaspbt says - stop/ start works brilliantly. Did a fair bit of town driving today & was really impressed with it.

Think you may be right there http://www.tfl.gov.uk/roadusers/cong...eener_vehicles. Not sure on whether you need to phone up anything or can just drive in/out without a care. Didn't give it a full read. Though I've driven through London in what I considered to be a quieter time, and it was a nightmare, so damn ever doing it when the congestion charge is live!
