You are as young as you feel!

I'm surprised that there is such an even spread.

Lets face it, Leather is a must at 64+. Easier for Nurse to clean after soiling yourself! I'm 41, and when I jump in the THP, I end driving like a 18 year old! Got to have a word with myself! I would never have afforded a new car at 17. 1978 Triumph Spitfire was my first car! Had to learn to mend it myself.

                        Those were the days.
I'm not going to admit wot my first car was..........I'm deeply ashamed and embarrassed, but used to love tinkering with it. Can't touch any car nowadays.

                          feel a little silly now

I will be 49 in july, I am a vauxhall employee and ever since I have had my DS3 I have been the victim of ridicule apparently I am a gay hair dresser and have made a big mistake, then I saw my age group and apparently I am described as sad lol, my daughter says its a boy racer mobile. Must admit I am getting a little botherd and can't wait till I've paid it off. The gears are not that great but its still a good car to drive got loads of room in the boot for my hair cutting utensils lol.

I must admit that a GTC Astra was my first choice when it came to changing cars............but alas, as always, it was down to ££££. Although I did test drive a Diesel Astra (not gtc) and was impressed with it.........but as my wife has the car ALL week, and prefers smaller cars, she had the say so.
You can fit a bit of hairdressing stuffs in the DS3 Albion...............so I'm told

My other half was looking at getting a GTC astra....then the salesman started talking prices - she changed her mind lol

My car of choice back in my twenties was a 3ltr Ghia Capri, mettalic gold with a brown leatherette interior and with a great power to weight ratio, very easy to wheel spin pulling away. It had to go when the family grew.
