The A1 is the ugliest new car available today.

I've never driven a paddle-shift auto but, to me, autos suck a lot of the fun out of driving.

Also, its not a conventional auto its an 'S-Tronic' with 2 clutch etc

Regarding the DSG problems, its only in A3s ive seen any problems, and its always the same part that goes!

A1 = little blob with no style.

On the other hand Audi in general does the best interiors in the business and the 2l VW group engine totally rocks.

The Audi A1 looks like a jelly that just been turned out.

Plus when I drove one I found it to be as dull as corduroy trousers, the interior was a truly dark and depressing place to be which was a shame - but very German I guess.

People will buy it because they want the 'rings' on the bonnet.

Me thinks people will buy it cos its a nice looking car, well built, great interiors with no rattles, audi brand and fab reviews.
I test drove it and thought it was very nice, and disagree about the interior, thought it was classy! thats the good thing about cars the differing opinions

Audi A1's quite nice, wouldnt run around naked through town to get one tho, im saving for an RS4 :/ not going so well
