  • So, i've got my DS back...

    after they'd had it for 3 days

    Fault is hesitation on acceleration and also very noisy when cold

    1 night one CT took it home - No fault
    2nd night other CT took it home - No fault

    Loud tick/rattle/knock when cold - No fault

    2 Previous visits to a different Citroen dealer - No fault

    Had a C1 courtesy car for 3 nights 4 days, had to insure it myself so cost £18 as didnt insure it for last two days cos just left it at home. When i got it, couldn't see where i was going as no screenwash in bottle!

    Brought it back to me at work, they'd done 67 miles in it and used 1/4 of a tank to find nothing. Absolutely appauled that is was returned in this state:

    I drove a maximum of 0.2 miles from work, and got it to hesitate lol

    So, is Citroen Customer Services the next step?

    If so, has anyone got an email address for them, and any ideas what i can write as im sure they get 100s of emails everyday?!

    complain to the manager of the dealership and try get refund ect...

    They will probably want to take another look. Then take it to another garage and explain whats gone on.

    If that fails take it higher.

      Give Citroen UK a ring and talk to them. Ask for the person on the phone to raise it to one of the regional managers. Keep trying till you get a call back from one of the regional managers. The manager can pull a fair few strings. The number for Citroen UK is 01753475500.

          ask to speak to gavin hill straight away thats who i dealt with and " eventually" mine got sorted and he started helping in the end but he did start tryna get funny with me so make sure u make it clear your not happy with the dealership

            crap service if he was "funny with you" even when you eventually got things sorted. I can't abide inadequate and incompetent service - no
            excuses for it!
