First Brand New Car - DS3

Yeah the DS3 is my first new car too, my Astra SRi diesel was over five years old and we lived the DS3 on the first test drive. I was looking at the Astra GTC as well but the cost to get anything close to the spec of the DSport+ was silly. Have never regretted buying the DS3

Well before I bought the ds3 I was driving an evo 7 so anything to save some penny's lol

personaly i would NEVER buy a brand new car for 2 reasons

2.IF there is going to be any problems it's usualy in the first year

Warranty?


The DS3 is my second brand new car, Had a brand new C2 Code before it from the same dealership. After the C2, I wanted something a bit more refined and I couldn't see anything else in the same sort class as the DS3 that offered the same spec/performance/price.

The warranty on the DS3 was a big plus for me, last 18m of owning the Astra was a bit expensive and it was also due for the cam belt (don't think it was a chain) new twin plate clutch and new discs all round. I could only do the last job myself......
