To be fair, fixing caller ID on the iPhone is a very little fish in the world of PSA when the phone connects and makes calls.

It's hardly even a big fix... surely a software update at most. If PSA are serious about such systems (especially the newer touch-screens on other models) then they need to be serious about sorting problems out no matter how trivial they might appear to some.
