Maybe.. But if it's of a benefit to other I can't see a problem with it (unless someone suddenly starts plugging their own company..)
As I've already PM'd you, you already know my own intentions I'm pretty sure you'll agree that when someone comes on to a forum asking the question I did then they mean what is said.
I think all the club should chip in, buy me one then we can all place bets on how long it'll last.
£5 says to the bottom of my street before it shatters.
Depending on how low your DS is, the RRR splitters would do exactly that!
The design that I have in mind and one that the company are keen to look at is being 'speed bump friendly' this is to stop people's cars being damaged and more importantly, not wasting money...
They certainly are, however good manners might have suggested a slightly different opening post may have helped your credibility somewhat. We do have a newbies threat after all.
Forum trawling is a way of getting feedback or even personal information for personal gain, not necessarily financial. In my line of work it is generally known as CV harvesting, companies advertise non existent contract positions but use the CVs to bolster their own personnel databases when submitting tenders, oh and a ghost West London Office address is normally part of the deal.
In my limited experience of carbon fibre items they are usually v expensive, if this Co can make a splitter for the DS3 for £130 that's a great price, that said I'm probably going to stay with the Triple R splitter, just waiting to see the finished article on Wes' car

I don't see any 'bad manners' on my behalf... I've come to this site because i own a DS3, I've stated my intentions regarding cosmetic changes to my own car and am willing to pass this on to others here for their own personal choice. I get nothing out of it except for maybe a 'thank you'. Whether they wish to take up something totally different and not being a sheep 'all Triple R splitters look the same' then be it.
I'm well clued up with the club scenes as i'm also a Focus ST owner too and know too well the 'newbie' threat you speak of, yet if one newbie wishes to help out, as i say, for no personal gain then why not?

Personally I think people are getting run away with themselves here. And introduction in the newbie thread might have been better, but it didn't happen so let's move on.
Think some images of the carbon splitter would be nice should it be made/developed. I won't be getting one for the reasons previously stated.
I think it's all good. The Triple R one is practically done, but, is not like their other ones. It was created and styled from scratch by Triple R and myself. The DS3 one is to make it look like it was made from the car, not a generic run-of-the-mill one.
That said, competition is always a good thing in my opinion. I will obviously stick with the one I'm creating and have also seen the carbon bits they have done via a 3rd party which look immense!!
Welcome to the pond though. DS3 owners or fans are always welcome for me, as long as they are friendly

What DS3 you got, you didn't mention earlier...
sent from my Sony Xperia Z1
I Will admit that it probably would have been a good idea!

Ahhhhhhhh I see! The majority of splitters I've seen from them are generic and all look the same! Nice to see they have taken you on board to help with styling!
