    Part no 0361 s4

That's right. A rear can is subject to absolute manifold pressure at all times, so both boost pressure and vacuum. Pressure is dependent on engine load and throttle opening.
I just don't like the idea of having a sight tube(usually plastic) and expect it to tolerate 1400mbar of boost.
Some one else can test a can with sight tube on the rear PCV... Good luck!
Give the blanking caps a miss in my opinion. It will just cause excessive crankcase pressure and burning oil.

All you guys are always so helpfull.
I live in Cyprus, my ds3 is out of warranty and I know that Citroen dealership will not be in a possition to solve the problem (missfire cylinder 1, trembling on low revs, not smooth acceleration)
I ve read alot about the PCV delete and the different opinions but havn't decided yet if I will do it or not. Forge catch can is on order for the front.
Do I need a baffled can for the rear?

That is a yes, a catch can without any baffles in it is just a can doing very very little in the way of catching.

BG44K is not available here. I am running amsoil engine cleaner at the moment. Hopefully it will make a difference.
