Folding mirrors on Ds3 Dsport!

Cant the plastic lens be coated in plastidip- or is that a no-no? (MOT wise etc)
Cos thats what i was thinkin of doing

No idea plastidip is removable so go for it? lol

No fold in mirrors from what I can see. One thing I've noticed is the engine is quite loud when sat in it, I'm guessing this is norm?

What sort of loud Davey? Like diesel,rattling, knocking, or just not silent in the cab?

Just not as quiet as I thought, sounds more like a diesel van when stationary. It's only done 12k on a 2012 plate too.

Keep your oil filled up with TOTAL correct spec oil, not above 2000 revs (ish) before temperature steady
The noise happens on a fair few, did on my last one. When engine is warm and youve driven a bit, is it better

It's a Dsport hdi, probably coming from a petrol engine too doesn't help as that was quiet. Just had full service by citroen dealer.
Yes definitely quieter once it's warmed up Chris.

Think most DS3s are loud on start- when cold even worse!
Mines noisier under 7deg c
