If it's extremely cheap and it drives/looks ok then go for it. A DS3R could be very easily written off just from a minor bump with the Carbon Fibre parts..

If the mileage is average for it's age then that's a fair price i would say.

good price. sure you know, drive it hard, rev it, drop the gear down

If you have inlet valve issues i find its when you have revved hard in, say, 4th gear, then just take your foot of the acceleratore see if it stutters a bit on the decelerate

My HPFP went when i droped down from 4th to third, going up a hill to overtake. Didnt make it LOL

Also, thru the gears high revs

well looks like this is about my car lol its back on its DS03GTS number plate and bought it after a full DEKRA report (insurance wanted it too) and all he found was the leaky water pump, it has had a front repair that the inspector said had been done very well, said it must of been very light as most of the panels have never been removed. I think it must of been down to replacement carbon fibre parts being hard to find. Any way i love the car and its been great for the last 6 months its due its MOT at the end of the month so lets see if im still happy afterwards

There great cats when they are running fine but very very temperamental so be warned last thing you need on the track is the piston going bang and mine blew at 48k but as a cat d i wouldn't have a clue as my ds3r is only my second car I've ever owned just take the advise of theses people as they will know more about it and good luck hope it gose well for you if you buy it
